Our Ripe Fig Balsamic makes a versatile pairing with a number of savory tastings, including meat marinades, salads, sandwiches, and pizza, and complements flavored olive oils like Tuscan Herb, Lemon, and Basil. Tremendous as a glaze for both duck breast or figs stuffed with Gorgonzola and wrapped in prosciutto. Or, simply drizzle on cantaloupe wrapped with prosciutto or on Caprese salad. A must sprinkled over any goat cheese.
